Managing Director

Mr. Shivanshu's impressive career in the healthcare sector is underpinned by an M.Sc. PhD in Biotechnology from DUSC University and a PGDBA from Symbiosis Institute, Pune. With over 20 years of experience in corporate management, government projects, and healthcare services, he has cultivated deep expertise in government liaison and licensing, establishing himself as a pioneer in the field.
At YGen Healthcare Pvt Ltd, Mr. Shivanshu focuses on delivering valuable support and collaboration to the research and diagnostic communities. His leadership has been instrumental in driving the company's vision of innovation and excellence in Laboratory Medicine. Under his guidance, YGen Healthcare has successfully established global sales channels and partnerships, enhancing its international footprint.

Mr. Shivanshu's strategic collaborations with countries like Korea, Luxembourg, and Germany have significantly contributed to YGen Healthcare's growth and success. Dr.Naina Shrivastava

Director & Quality Head

As the Director and Quality Head at our diagnostic center, I am committed to upholding the highest standards of excellence in all our laboratory operations. With a meticulous eye for detail and a deep understanding of quality control protocols, I oversee the implementation and maintenance of rigorous quality assurance processes. This ensures that all our diagnostic procedures meet stringent regulatory requirements and remain consistently accurate and reliable, enhancing the credibility of our diagnostic services.

With over 12 years of experience in molecular diagnostics, my career began as a professor for master's students, where I cultivated a passion for teaching and research. I have been deeply involved in numerous quality-related programs, hereditary disorder testing, and cancer diagnostics. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I played a crucial role in accrediting more than a dozen labs to increase testing capacity, ensuring timely and efficient responses to the health crisis. Additionally, I am an authorized signatory for our lab’s RT-PCR testing.

I am proud to be the backbone behind the implementation and timely delivery of all our projects. My visionary approach is focused on advancing healthcare and bringing innovative solutions to the community. I believe that by continuously pushing the boundaries of medical science and diagnostics, we can make significant strides in improving patient care and public health.
